Reservation Policies
Advance Deposit Policy: A deposit of one night stay is required to reserve a room. Personal checks, money orders, and credit cards are accepted for advance deposits.
Refund Policy
The purpose of a deposit is to guarantee you an accommodation. The deposit ensures that this accommodation will be held for you. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to your arrival date otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. No refunds for early departure.
Minimum Nights Stay Required: During certain dates, rates may be subject to change without a confirmed reservation. (Rates may be higher for one night stays).
Taxes: All rooms are subject to all applicable taxes (7.00 NYS Sales Tax + 4% County Occupancy Tax).
